Spring Season Board: Fleabane

Fleabane is a very common plant that blooms from spring to fall. There are lots of different species that grow here, but they are all similar enough that we’re just going to call all of them Fleabane.

A bit complicated, but I think the coloring sheet turned out alright. I cut out 1” white circles for the flowers and cut around the edge for petals. After gluing them in place, we added yellow puffy paint to the middle.

I didn’t have a lot of fun facts for this one besides that the leaves are edible and the scientific name is Erigeron sp. Nora stopped by to look at the board while I was taking a photo.
