Season Board: Spring 2024

Spring has finally arrived, and I am thrilled to kick off a new project I like to call the “Season Board.” The main objective is to introduce the girls to the local flora, fauna, and insects in an engaging way. Claire, at almost 4 years old, will delve into names and intriguing facts, whereas Nora, nearing 2, will just focus on names.

Our sessions, or “mini lessons,” will culminate in a delightful craft that we will proudly display on the board. I repurposed a large whiteboard that the girls and I had fun decorating for spring. While I don’t plan to use whiteboard markers, I figured the slick surface would make it easy to get tape and stickers on and off.
